Hey guys I am Anniken! Yes, weird name, I know. It is Norwegian, and yes, I am Norwegian (well half anyways, I will explain later) I am a senior in high school, and I am so ready to get out of this small city. It drives me crazy. I was born and raised here, in North Carolina. I am NOT a southern person. At all. I may have a slight southern accent, but not like you would typically imagine a southern person to have. That being said, I am ready to move to a much bigger city. I love the beach and the mountains. I really enjoy the beach mainly because I have this weird thing with water (if you care to know, please do not be scared to drop me a question in my ask, I don't bite). I like the mountains because they remind me of Norway and how I used to explore there all the time when I was little. I really really reaaaaaly like to travel. I have a list of all the places I want to visit. Oh! Back to the Norwegian thing. My mother was born in Norway and moved here in her 20's. So technically I am half Norwegian and we used to fly over there and visit all the time! I absolutely love it. I am also Irish. For some reason, I really like to embrace my heritage so if you see a lot of random posts about Norway or Ireland, that is why. I guess I should include a few more extra tidbits for you! I am currently brainstorming ideas for a book (well I am trying to). My favorite sport to play is Tennis. I love it, and yea I would say that I am okay at it. I played all 4 seasons in high school and I miss it. :( My favorite sport to watch is football! My favorite color is blue, and I think that has a little bit to do with my weird thing with water. Here is a little bit of advice for you. You should never regret anything because no matter what it is, you always learn and grow from it (unless you murder someone, then yea you probably should regret that since you will probs spend the rest of your life in jail).
